The most disappointing experience I've ever had with any jewellers. My parents bought me a 18 carat gold bracelet for my birthday. I wore it a few times before it started to deteriorate. After 3 months it snapped in 2 different places, and other links of the bracelet had started to tear. I had then called the Bluewater store which is where my bracelet was bought to have many conversations with rude staff members which I found quite uncomfortable as I felt this was not my fault, and one particular person tried to pin the blame on me by making up scenarios. For example 'it looks like you've caught it on clothes threads. So should a gold bracelet brake from a clothes thread?!! Really, never have I ever broke any of my other bracelets on a clothes thread. I finally got to speak with a manager and they were happy for me to chose a new bracelet which I did so, another two months later and my new bracelet has already bent and become miss shaped. Jewellery is suppose to be for life especially if you've paid £600 so this is no cheap piece either! I can't believe a bracelet of this value has such poor quality. I will NEVER buy from this store again. Time wasting, ripped off and the worst service ever, NEVER AGAIN ??

A happy time turned into a terrible time thanks to Fraser Hart!! My fiancé bought me my Engagement Ring in 2017. It was kept in the safe at home for 3 years and never touched. He proposed August 11th 2020. 3 weeks and 6 days later, a diamond fell out of the ring. We took it straight back to Fraser Hart in the MetroCentre. The Shop Assistant inspected the ring and said there was a lot of damage (scratches ect) and explained if I had been using lots of hand sanatizer (who isnt at the moment?) as this would cause damage. We had the ring sent away.2 weeks later Fraser Hart rang us and explained that there was no fault in the ring, and I had caused the diamond to fall out. They proceeded to tell us it would be £117 to fix. I went to FH in the MetroCentre 30th September 2020 to collect my ring. I took it to 2 independent Jewellers the same day, both agreed it was a fault in the Ring and I could not have possibly caused the Diamond to fall out. They also explained NO WAY could hand sanatizer cause damage to the diamonds. 1 Jeweller even said there was a few diamonds loose within the ring. I returned back to Fraser Hart the same day and spoke to the Manager. The Manager inspected the ring and said there was 0 damage, even though the first time we took it in they said it was very damaged? She then offered to have it fixed at ‘cost price’ for us which I refused. Why should we be paying for a faulty ring? I am not going to back down and pay this money and put up with this appalling customer service. This should of been the happiest time of our lives but it has been nothing other than stress and worry!! I am currently getting the engagement ring inspected by and independent jeweller. STAY CLEAR OF FRASER HART YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE, LIES AND YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET! I will not back down until they accept fault and fix the ring free of charge.

Hi just thought I’d leave a quick review to compliment the lovely assistant Lauren at the Trafford centre store who helped me when I visited over the weekend. Even though I didn’t purchase what I was looking for as they didn’t have my size. I will most certainly return as she was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to help me.

Buying a watch as a surprise for my husband’s 40th birthday present couldn’t have been easier. Chad in Worcester was excellent, he totally new his stuff, I didn’t feel hurried, I looked at multiple watches and he gave me all the options. I came out buying a lovely classic Breitling. Thanks to Chad he gave me an excellent customer experience and I feel 100% confident in what I have bought my husband.

Sons watch went in for repair under insurance in November 2020, got a call mid December to advise what cost would be. We advised them at this time it was under insurance, was advise would get that sorted. Similar to previous review, couldn’t get through to store, eventually got through by email only to be told watch not repaired as no one had told Tag it was under insurance. Still waiting. Nearly 5 months without the watch and being refused a refund. Solicitors in the morning for myself !! Shocking customer service.

I wanted to buy my wife a surprise 30th birthday eternity ring but didn’t know her size .5 years ago we brought our wedding rings from Fraser Heart in Norwich . I emailed the customer service department as asked if they had any records of what size my wife was . Ciara emailed me back more or less straight away asking for my details and within a few hours she had all the details including my wife’s ring size . Today 2nd of March is her 30th birthday and with the help of Ciara I surprised her with an 18ct white diamond eternity ring . Thank you to Ciara for all her help in making a lockdown 30th birthday so special . You are a credit to Fraser Heart and an asset to the company ❤️

We have been buying jewelry from Frazer hart and watches for many years.I lost my watch which I bought from Frazer hart in a fire, I also lost my wedding ring which was bought at another jewelers. I had no issue receiving a like for like valuation for insurance for my ring, but Frazer hart refused to give me a valuation for my watch-Not a cheep one by the way. So that means that if I loose any jewelry/watches bought from them in the past they will refuse a valuation for insurance purposes as they have done with my watch. This is very poor customer service and very concerning.

Had a fantastic experience in the princess street Fraser Hart buying a watch. Staff where friendly and welcoming on arrival. Knowledgeable about the products aswell.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement I have had my eternity ring only 3 years it was bought for my 25th anniversary but it has snapped at the back was told its wear and tear what after 3 years the idea is to wear it for ever not just 3 years it must be cheap gold because the ring wasn't cheap

I had a battery fitted in my wife’s Tag 14 months ago and it stopped, I phoned the shop last week and told them that the watch had stopped and I had the Receipt for £85 paid, the lady replied if you can fetch the watch with the receipt to the shop they’ll sort it as there’s 2 years warranty on the battery. So we when to Cardiff to to be told only 12 warranty on batteries. £85 for battery that lasted 14 months, wife’s day to day Tag had a battery fitted 20 month back in the local market for £5 and it’s still going. We will purchase our next Tag for somewhere else and never set foot in there again. We’ll advise friends to avoid them.

After shocking experiences in retail this year as almost any store you go to, you then have to leave with the feeling that they did you a favour for letting spend your money in their store. Opposite of that you experience in Fraser Hart Lakeside. Few months ago popped in to see if someone would change a strap for my Oris aquis watch as it needed a special tool to get it done (Visited 2 stores who stock Oris watches and they haven't done it) Was greeted by Imran one of the nicest and most professional people I had met this year, who did it free of charge even when I offered to pay for it. Later on helped me with the repair of the same watch free of charge! Very professional and pleasure to deal with and kept me informed on the process. Had a chance to meet other people who work there when I came back to buy some earrings for my wife and all of them where really nice and professional. I will definitely be making my future purchases in their store and I would recommend to the same to anyone else.

I have had exact same experience. Can I ask what your bracelet was like ?

This jeweller has different things to many of the high street shops. I live in Leicestershire and quite happily make the journey to the Peterborough store. I see something on their website, ring in advance to see if it’s in stock, arrange a visit and they’ll reserve the items for me. Kelsey is polite and helpful, as are all the staff that have helped me whenever I’ve been.

I would like to say I had a few lovely experiences over the last month at the Bedford store. Great service, with a friendly atmosphere. Lorraine the store manager was amazing and had no quibble in refunding a ring that unfortunately lost a stone after a few days.
